The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We have also added a size charts link to every product in the product detail page. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us by email or phone.
A Chic’s Closet prides itself on bringing the latest in women’s fashion. Unless noted otherwise, all of our garments are true to size and based on American sizing standards.

How do pre-orders work?
Pre orders usually ship within one week of placing the order. Otherwise, ship date will be stated in the item description box.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders is placed Monday-Friday before 12pm CST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 12pm CST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 12pm CST will be processed on the following Monday.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

Clothing Delivered by A Chic’s Closet
A service fee is applied to orders delivered by an ACC carrier of $10.00, however the actual service fees charged may vary. For example, same day deliveries, weekend and holiday service fees may be higher.
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the merchandise in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 6 p.m.
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 5p.m.
Please note: the carrier may call the recipient to schedule delivery.
What is the Return Policy?
We are pleased to accept **EXCHANGES ONLY** of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer exchange/store credit within 3 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A Chic’s Closet reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after 3rd day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
